domestic -

all domestic orders ship for free via usps and will have a tracking number. shipping will not be immediate as our jewelry is made-to-order. please allow 2 weeks for your selection to be created. once your order is ready notification that it has been shipped will be sent. expedited shipping is available upon request for an additional charge. please email shop@hernewtribe.com with inquiries.

international –

international orders are shipped via usps priorty mail and will not have a tracking number. shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer and will be on distance travelled. transit time depends upon destination. local fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country, and are the customer’s responsibility. payment of all duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the balance being collected at time of delivery. her new tribe is not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
