we will accept returns of unworn product within one week of delivery. all returns must be authorized. please contact us at email@example.com to begin the return process. once a return has been approved, it must be received within one week from date of approval. an exchange or refund will be issued once the product has been received. customer is responsible for return shipping costs. we encourage you to purchase insurance and pack product carefully, as her new tribe is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during the return process.
damaged goods –
all her new tribe product is made by hand. slight inconsistencies in shape, size, and finish are normal and should be expected. each individual piece is unique and truly one-of-a-kind. beyond acceptable imperfections will be repaired and/or replaced. broken or damaged goods can be fixed.
we will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience.
